We came home on Saturday afternoon after having lunch with friends. The temperature in our home was 62 degrees. We called Mike at Rightemp. He called back immediately and was at our home looking at the furnace within half an hour after the call. He diagnosed the problem, said he would check on the part needed and call us Monday. He called first thing Monday morning. The part was available and someone would be out that day to install it. Alex Hanna arrived about 5:30 and the furnace was up and running within 30 minutes. Alex is an engaging, friendly, polite and skilled technician. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. We have used Rightemp since 2012. We purchased our new air conditioning unit from them, and we also bought a new second furnace. Every interaction we have had with this company has been outstanding. We will never consider using another heating and cooling company. Thank you, Mike.
