So our guarantee to you is that when we arrive, we guarantee that we will have your system repaired within 24 hours or we will reserve a room for you in any hotel of your choice for the night. From time to time there may be extenuating circumstances beyond our control that repair parts shipped from manufacturers could take longer 24 hours to be received. In any event we will accommodate our clients to ensure their comfort.
